Blatchford Briar - Award Winning Private Shephards Huts with their own Secluded Hot Tubs

Property was very well equipped with attention to detail. Fiona the host was amazing and available when needed, was lovely to meet her in the morning of our stay. We could’ve easily extended our booking and would recommend! We can’t wait to come back.

I have nothing negative to say about the property, we had an amazing time and was very relaxing however we did feel bad for a bag of rubbish left behind as there was only one small bin under the kitchen Jen sink on sight. There was also no washing up sponge but that was our oversight as it is self contained.

We were there over a weekend in early February, so we didn't expect too much from the weather - we had quite a lot of rain while we were there. We visited Tiverton which was unexpectedly pleasant - even the pasty shop was open on a Sunday. We had a break in the weather on the Saturday night, so we took the opportunity to try the wood-fired hot tub - while it takes a while to warm up, you need to stick with it because it suddenly goes from tepid to brilliantly hot - it was great. We toasted the giant marshmallows over the fire pit while we waited. It was a good weekend! Take jigsaws, books and puzzles - there is no TV, so you'll have to talk to each other... ;O) The views across the fields was excellent and the three ponies (behind the fence) there to see you each morning was nice

It's not a big deal - It's worth knowing that there isn't a microwave - you just need to be aware.

Great set up for a secluded getaway. The hot tub was

Nothing not to like

Very chilled location, great for getting away from everything. Very clean and comfortable shepherd's hut with everything you could wish for. And an amazing host.
