Clean and well managed, the rooms have many added extras like shower cap and shoes wax.
The size of bed was small. It felt more like a 1.5 bed not a double bed

Modern hotel with small but well appointed rooms. Staff were pleasant and very helpful. The car park was very useful and one of the reasons we chose the hotel
As a tourist hotel it’s not in a great place. We had long walks to access restaurants.
The pillows were exceptionally firm and our bed was small a true double.

Breakfast has rich variety. Not very luxury, but tasty. Staff is willing to fulfil requests and does everything to make you feel satisfied. Both staff in restaurant as staff at reception. The rooms are big and we were allowed to change our rooms due to our personal preferences. The rooms have full equipment, at least as much as you would like to see in a 4 or 5 star hotel.
One of the nights there were very noisy football people. They shouted at night time through the hotel and disturbed other guests. Nobody from the staff seemed to ask them to be a bit more quiet after midnight. We stayed in the hotel in the mosquito season, April. The room could have some anti-mosquito equipment for in the socket available. It would have given us a better sleep.

The staff were very polite and helpful!
Having issues with hot water, AC, noisy bathroom fan, some damage to decoration not being repaired and really bad tv channel choice!
