The breakfast was excellent, staff were very kind and polite. The location is in a perfect position.
Softer pillow would be nice, but its not the end of the world.

We would like to thank Mr. Ertunç and his team for their warm hospitality and helpfulness throughout our stay. The room was very clean, and the location was excellent, making it easy to get around. They were always willing to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated their kindness and would happily recommend this place to others!

Nothing .. if have to say something .. it’s maybe having to pay in cash when I didn’t know .. but should have known if I’d read up properly

The hotel is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always ready to assist with any request. I would especially like to mention the excellent manager, as well as three wonderful members of staff — two waitresses and the housekeeper. They were all incredibly hardworking, attentive, and friendly, and made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you for the warm hospitality!
