About this house rental
Located in the beautiful village of Garós, casa Dera Aubeta is an ideal home for families with children, located only 8kms from the ski slopes.

With capacity for up to 9 people, distributed in 4 floors. With 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a courtesy toilet.
The main floor of Dera Aubeta is distributed in a living room with three spaces.
A distributor with coat hangers and reading corner, a sofa area where you can watch TV and a sofa area for family and friends meetings in front of the fireplace.
On this same floor and independently we have a dining room and kitchen with access to the terrace of the house.
The first floor is distributed in 2 double bedrooms and a complete bathroom with shower. The first floor, also distributed in two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with two single beds.
Through this last room you can access the upper floor where we find the fifth bedroom, in a wooden attic space with a double bed.
Finally, Casa Dera Aubeta has a room for the youngest members of the family, a games room, next to the laundry area, with access from the terrace.

Stayed in a group of 9, 5 adults, 1 teenager and three children. Plenty of space for us all. Nice quiet location but only 10-15 minutes from Baqueira for skiing and 5 minutes from Viehla.Good facilities, coffee machine, TV with Netflix etc. Parking can be a little tricky, the property has a couple of spaces in the court yard at the rear which and there is a public car park just up the road which is 7 / 24 hours. Also there is a high speed EV charger appx 100m away which is useful.The house was exactly everything we expected and we would go again.
