Luderna - Apartamento Era Sarreta

We liked everything, to tell the truth, the house was spacious and kids enjoyed exploring it and playing together, the kitchen had almost everything we needed and heating worked perfectly, we had some problems with closing balcony doors but it was resolved the same day by the host team, so no complaints. It was also great to have parking space included into the cost of accomodation next to the gandole station in Baqueira. It was very convenient to have a locker for skis there and just get to the gondola with the lift. Location of the apartment is also very good, it is a 10 min walk to the Vielha through Betren quiet street or through the pedestrian road along the river. So we enjoyed the time in those apartments. It is 15 min drive to the ski lift in Baqueira, also Mercadona is 3 min drive in Vielha, skating ring and swimming pool is 10 min walk from the flat. We will be glad to come back. Also accommodation offers some discounts with ski rent shops and ski schools, which was a pleasant surprise. The check in process was smooth and clear and response on any request was very quick.

there is nothing we didn't like, what would be nice to have are: shampoo, shower gel, soap for the whole stay, the same for washing machine tables and garbage bags. the initial pack was provided which was very nice but to have those things covered for the whole stay would make the stay even better.

Plenty of nice towels, clean, good bedding, good shower. Parking underneath unit. Kitchen was well stocked with few exceptions.

Directions to unit were terrible. Hard to find underground parking entrance. CLEANING FEE RIDICULOUS. Complete lack of cleaning supplies and there's one shampoo and no soap to share amongst 3 bathrooms on 3 levels!!! No personal contact. After charging credit card you will get an email saying you have to sign contract or they won't give you instructions to get in! They force you to set up an account with them and want personal information which I've never had to give before to rent an apartment. They charge $350 for a cleaning fee and then they send you an email saying there can be "NO trash left in the apartment." The management of this unit really is impersonal and doing the owners a complete disservice by charging such high cleaning fees with little customer service.

This property looks brand new and is so tastefully decorated. It’s also in a small quaint area on the edge of Vielha. Vielha is over run with a series of large condo complexes between Betren and Vielha’s quaint center area. It also over looks the river which is nice and just behind it are trails.

this place is great but we were a little disappointed how built up Vielha was.
