The neighborhood is located just south of the large and historic Anheuser-Busch Brewery complex along the bluffs of the Mississippi River. It is further defined by Cherokee Street's Antique Row on the north, Gasconade Street on the south, South Broadway and Jefferson Avenue on the west, and the Mississippi River on the east.

The apartment is super cute. And the neighborhood is cute. We seen numerous families out enjoying the weather. We did not feel unsafe at any time while staying here. The stairs inside the apartment are steep and there needs to be some type of gate at the top of the stairs to protect children from falling. The bathroom was really the only place that needed to be deep cleaned. Like the baseboards, shelves, sink ect. There is a day bed with a trundle not two separate standing beds. Overall we enjoyed the apartment, and would rent it again.

The house was nice to stay in. I did notice that it was a little dirty and not well maintained. I went to the store the day after I got there and bought some cleaning supplies my self and cleaned it a little. But over all it was a good stay.
