Truly Kentish Holiday Lets

What can l say but a little piece of heaven, the peace and the wild life , we had 2 owls visit sitting in a tree so close, 3 woodpeckers and so many other birds. Rabbits and squirrels playing, and in the heat we sat in the cool under the trees amongst them. Everything we needed in for a short stay, bed very soft but comfy, huge fan supplied by Louise and offer of another if we needed it as temp hit 36c whilst staying, As we were staying in another village prior to our move to kentish l contacted Louise to ask if we could get in a bit early, she said why not come straight to us , so kind of her, We will never forget our 3 nights and will hopefully return.

Lovely little cottage and very accommodating hosts: gave us a lift to the train station and also provided me with everything I needed when I got a splinter one day! Clean and comfy place to stay and good space for our toddler to run around in. Provided a fan for the heatwave that happened while we were there!

No negative feedback from me.

Louise met us when we parked and was absolutely lovely. Property felt safe, facilities were great and was very warm even in feb. Loved seeing the rabbits in the morning and feeling like we were in the middle of nowhere.

Wished the front door shut without having to lock it. Was a bit awkward with the dog. Shower kept going cold but not for long so wasn’t really much of an issue.

Beautiful location and very quirky accommodation. Loved the 1940s feel …

We found quite a few cobwebs across the accommodation and whilst there was tea, sugar and coffee in the cabin, there was no milk. Sometimes it’s the little things …. Undoubtedly a lovely place to stay in the summer but we arrived on a very wet, windy evening.
