super-clean and had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. it was quiet and the shower was hot with excellent water pressure.

The only thing I would comment on that we found to be uncomfortable were the pillows. The bed itself as well as the duvet were great.

The host was extremely kind and helpful, our contact was flawless. The price and location of the house were great - it was really accessible by bus and tram despite it being almost 45 minutes away from the city. There were plenty of facilities, the house was clean and the water was hot. There were towels and nice sheets/pillows. Wi-Fi was free and great. The area was quiet, calm and next to a Lidl which helped a lot with cheap water/breakfast. The price was extremely competitive for Paris, a bargain - there's room for little improvement.

There was almost no privacy due to the thin doors and every room being part of a bigger apartment which has been transformed into 4-5 private rooms for short term stays. I was hoping there would be more privacy, but every single sound could be heard outside in the common hallway. The person who handed us the keys (not the host) spoke, quite literally, no English and it was difficult to communicate for the pickup. The shortest route from the city center to the home was through St. Denis, an area we found to be quite dangerous and unwelcoming. We had to re-route using M13 and the bus 137 (which has a stop right outside the apartment), which took us longer. However, the apartment itself is in a quiet and calm area, so do not worry.
