Posizione molto comoda (per il mio impegno), pratica procedura di check-in on-line e indicazioni molto chiare per l'accesso all'appartamento, comunicazione rapida con la società di gestione dell'appartamento. Acqua in frigo a disposizione degli ospiti e macchina del caffé con cialde annesse. Wi-Fi ottimo.

Avevo richiesto di attrezzare il divano letto, ma la mia richiesta è sfuggita ai gestori. In ogni caso ho potuto rimediare perché nell'appartamento era presente un kit di lenzuola e una coperta in più. Il materasso del letto non era molto comodo perché tutto imbarcato verso il centro. Suggerirei anche di mettere a disposizione due cuscini aggiuntivi. Ultima cosa, suggerirei un po' di attenzione in generale ai dettagli, ma comunque è un buon appartamento.

Apenas algumas correções pontuais, vazava água pela porta do box. Mas nada que estrague a estadia.

The location is definitely very convenient - close to the train station, a metro station, and even within walking distance to the center if you prefer to walk. However, there are definitely things that need to be improved.

During our 5-night stay, no one cleaned the apartment even once. The mattress sinks on one side and is not comfortable to sleep on. The water in the sink doesn't drain properly, so it is constantly filling up with water. And the most important thing to note is that it is nowhere mentioned that the apartment is actually on the ground floor (even though you press floor 1 in the elevator). The window faces an inner courtyard and it gets quite noisy from parking cars and residents entering through the building door, which is right next to the apartment door.
