Fantastic cozy and nice holiday home in a really attractive area between the coastal cities of Falkenberg and Halmstad. The house is located in the middle of a nature conservation area, close to the beach, and has sea views from every room.

The plot is large and beautiful and is located in an exclusive and quiet area along a private road with no traffic. You can walk the 150 meters to the shallow sand and rocky beach at bare feet.
The house is bright and inviting and is furnished with an open floor plan with kitchen / dining area adjacent to the living room which has a wood burning stove. The house has nice, large rooms, oiled wooden floors and exposed beams in the ceiling. Most of the house's furniture and décor - including the beds - are brand new. There is plenty of room for 1 or 2 families - max. 10 persons inkl. children.
