The amenities were good.
The way to and out of the property.

The location is the highlight - so near the Railway station, Temple and the city - yet amongst prime agricultural lands; the buildings gave a good ambience; it was so quite and peaceful in th evenings and early mornings; the staff [ One Mr Dhanasekaran was doing a remarkable job in administration] were polite and were trying their best;
The property doesn't offre dining options [ other than getting ordered food] - which is a big disadvantage; thedevelopment of the property [ Buildings] have too many different structures - which is disturbing; rooms are not spacious enough; maintenance [ cleaning etc] are not upto the expectations
