Rooms are not clean, way to reach resort is narrow, location is not at all suitable, avoid stay here.

A comfortable and pleasant stay with good facilities and food. Good value for money and suitable for a family stay.

The hotel itself is nice and has good potential, but there are a few areas that need improvement, especially cleanliness and service. The two receptionists who assisted us during check-in were very helpful and welcoming. However, the receptionist on duty early in the morning seemed less attentive. We simply asked for some fish food, but were directed from one staff member to another before eventually being sent back to the same receptionist. In the end, he found the fish food and gave it to us himself. It would have been much better if the request had been handled from the start. Cleanliness also needs more attention. There was dust under the bed and on the cabinets, and the toilet could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Breakfast was another disappointment. We arrived around 7am but were told they were still packing food for guests at another lodge before serving us. Another guest was given the same response and, without any alternative offered, eventually walked away. Overall, the hotel is pleasant, but better housekeeping, staff coordination, and breakfast arrangements would greatly improve the guest experience.

The property is good but needs maintenance, particularly over cleanliness of rooms. Its not worth 2600 per night. Pros 1. Good ACs, good bed 2. Lot of greenery and small animals like cats, ducks, birds which kids enjoy 3. Swings, play area and swimming pool. 4. Very near to railway station. Cons 1. The curtains and chairs/sofa are real shabby. While other things like bed was ok. 2. Our room had wide glass door and window, bathroom door just opposite to it curtain keeps flying with fan wind, privacy is a concern due to this. 3. Staff is so careless that when my mother asked for coffee and it wasnt ready, they scraped some filter coffee syrup from bottom and added some milk and gave it cold. She did not drink it but that is how they treat elderly. 4. One room had a washroom commode just under glass roof, not sure what is the use but it feels like someone can peek from top if wanted. 5. Approach road from both railway station and main road is through slums, its dark and many people on the way are drinking beside road, does not feel safe with family and is disgusting when you have temple visit on mind and all you see is drunkards on the way.
