The location is just beautiful. We came bird watching & didn't need to leave the villa as we watched part of the annual migration from the pool. The villa is a little tired but it's comfortable & clean & suited our needs. We barely spent any time inside. The outside space is amazing & all our meals were cooked on the bbq. We had a beautiful bucket of grapes left for us from Antonio. The villa is in the middle of Antonio's land, so he is around & about working it most days. Although this was not in an obtrusive way.

That hasn't been anything we haven't liked. This is our 2nd visit to Casa Victoria. Antonio doesn't speak English, so conversations with him are interesting & entertaining if you don't speak Spanish - like us 🤣

La piscina, la barbacoa, tienes Ronda, Benalmádena y Marbella a unos 45 minutos y Antonio muy amable .

Die Lage inmitten der Berge ist sehr schön, auch wenn die Zufahrt zum Haus sehr abenteuerlich ist. Es ist ruhig gelegen, mit viel Schatten und Sonnenplätzen. Der Pool mit einer Tiefe von ca. 1,20 m bis 1,80 m und einer komfortablen Länge hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wurde viel genutzt. Das Haus hat 4 Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 8 Betten, wir waren zu 5, mehr haben allerdings auch nicht wirklich Platz..

Es ist ein schönes Haus, das doch sehr in die Jahre gekommen ist und wo anscheinend seit dem Bau nicht viel gemacht wurde. Das was kaputt ist, wird nicht repariert oder ersetzt. Es gibt zwei Toiletten, davon war die im Bad nicht zu benutzen, da das Abflussrohr nicht dicht war. Daneben gibt es viele kleinere Defekte, die einfach nur nervig sind (Schubladen in der Küche, die klemmen - kaputte Steckdose - lockere Schrankknäufe etc.). Sauber war es nur oberflächlich, genau hinsehen durfte man nicht.
