Very modern 3 br house with ensuite and another bathroom. There's a billiard table and TV upstairs for entertainment.
There's no air conditioner though it was cool at night during our stay. No linen or towels are provided. Though it could be hired. It is not a motel or hotel style accommodation. Cleaning charge is already applied. Why need to keep the place clean before you leave??

Location great, very quiet, Koala bear, clean and spacious living areas
Language used in emails prior to checking in. Didn't appear to be any instructions on how to use any appliances when we arrived.
