About this house rental
Within walking distance to the beach and local township of Sandy Point, this fabulous family beach house offers guests a mix of modern conveniences and appliances, with the traditional beach house atmosphere.
Offering spacious and sunlit open plan living, a recent upgrade to the bathrooms and kitchen, and with 4 bedrooms/ 2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeping 10; the house is the perfect place for friends & families to stay, relax & enjoy. Linen and bath towels included for guest comfort and convenience.
The open plan living/dining/kitchen area is spacious and sun lit, with high ceilings and glass sliding doors opening out onto the large front deck and garden.
With ample bench space for preparation and conversation, the kitchen offers a ceramic cooktop, wall oven, microwave, large fridge, ample cupboard space and dishwasher.
The extendable dining table comfortably sits 6, whilst the outdoor setting and bar stools further accommodate additional guests.
There is a TV with DVD player, ceiling fan, feature wood fireplace and a CD player/radio all provided for guests comfort and enjoyment.
Bedding configuration offers something for everyone! With a Queen bed in the first bedroom, and a set of bunks plus a single bed in the second bedroom.
Separating these two bedrooms is a large wet-room style bathroom providing walk-in shower, vanity and toilet.
The third bedroom has a double bed, and the fourth bedroom has a set of single bunk beds and a single bed.
Linen (sheets, doona covers and pillow covers) and towels are provided for the comfort of our guests, as are bath towels. Guests are asked to bring their own beach towels, should they be required. Pedestal fans and electric heaters are provided in all rooms for further guest comfort.
The second bathroom provides a large corner shower, vanity and toilet. There is a laundry at the front of the home with a top loading washing machine available for guests to use.
The beautifully maintained garden is fenced from the street at the front, but the property is not fully fenced at the sides and rear; making it unsuitable for pets.
This property does not cater for Schoolies or Hens or Bucks parties.

A lovely quiet environment staying in Stayz house in Acacia Street..Easy access to local general store..to beaches.. to surrounding towns Fish Creek and Foster..as well as nearby Wilsons Promontory.. Recommended facility and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean and all our needs were catered for.Sam was most accommodating and communication was easy and efficient.Would highly recommend.

House is very nice. Owner has made all the possible efforts to well communicate.House was kept in a well clean condition and attention to the details was excellent.Location is very good to enjoy for the family.
