La ubicació és excel·lent i molt a prop de la platja de la Mar Menuda, però cal tenir en compte que són moltes escales per accedir-hi, si es vol anar a la platja pel carrer és més volta i no hi ha voreres. L'apartament té absolutament de tot, la cuina molt equipada, els espais molt amplis. La terrassa-jardí molt maca, però cal tenir en compte que és oberta al carrer i visible fins i tot pel trenet turístic, o sigui gens de privacitat.
La nevera no refreda gens. La mida de la TV i que no sigui smart Punts per millorar afegiria que manca ordre i neteja. Té moltes coses, tant als calaixos, armaris, zona rentadora, dins l'emmagatzematge del llit, etc. però desendreçat, malmès i amb manca d'higiene. Vam trobar recipients de fang florits dins els calaixos i també fundes de coixí i mantes poc netes i amb olor d'humitat, no és gens agradable. L'habitació petita té problemes d'humitat i en tenir una finestra petita no ventila prou.

Nous tenons à vous remercier pour ce séjour.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié votre logement, parfaitement conforme à la description, très propre et bien équipé. l'emplacement était idéal "plage et ville à pieds" nous nous y sommes sentis tout de suite à l'aise pour une semaine au soleil de Tossa. Merci
