Very large, cosy apartment block "Claudi". Above Tossa de mar, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 350 m from the sea, 350 m from the beach. Shop, supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bakery, café 200 m, bus stop 800 m. Golf course (18 hole) 32 km. Nearby attractions: LLoret de mar 12 km, Barcelona 80 km, Waterworld 13 km, Girona 38 km. Hiking paths: 200. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
