Located on the western shore of Lake Garda, this antique single villa has a large private garden and a patio with an outdoor dining facility. Guests can dine and socialize while admiring the placid lake views. The view is calming and pleasant.
The villa is divided into three stories. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a dining area and fireplace. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. In the basement, there is another bedroom, a bathroom, a wellness area with a Finnish sauna. Guests can relax, unwind and de-stress during their stay here.
The lake-view living room opens into the terrace. Inside the room, there is a sofa, a TV, a dining setup for 8. The kitchen is separate and equipped with a coffee machine, a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a cooker hob and a fridge.

The villa is located in a quiet location in a small ancient village about 10 kilometers from the shores of Lake Garda. It is a perfect choice for accommodation for those looking for a peaceful vacation exploring nature, scenic views and a laidback lifestyle. The holiday retreat is well suited for a family holiday. Guests can enjoy various activities like trekking, mountain biking, tennis, horse riding, water sports like canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, pleasure boating, fishing and diving. The nearest shop and restaurant are within a kilometre of the house. The breathtaking beauty of Lago di Valvestino is something to be reckoned with. This manmade lake is only 10 kilometers from the villa.
The town of Gargnano is about 9 kilometers from the villa and is known for its wide beaches and ancient alleys. It hosts a number of events during the year including the Gragnano Jazz concert. There are many historical churches and villas worth exploring. Guests can take a boat ride to the eastern shores of Lake Garda from here. There are also a few amusement and waterparks nearby which are of great interest to children and adults alike.
The nearest international airport is about a hundred kilometres from the villa.

This was a brilliant property in a brilliant location. However, there were absolutely no instructions about anything eg dealing with waste, internet access (the signal was said to be weak but it did not work at all and mobile connection was sporadic), nearest shops/supermarkets, nearest places to eat, useful addresses/ telephone numbers (not even for emergency). There was no information about the area, places of interest etc. Missing items of crockery/glassware had not been replaced to accommodate 6 people. Not even a tea towel provided. Car access is not easy. Admittedly we had a large saloon but had many a scrape despite a superb driver.
This is a shame as the villa is great. It is being cleaned but no one seems to care about providing what would make a good client experience and feels it's being run on the cheap.
We did have a great holiday though and luxuriated in the view!
