Die Lage des Hauses war optimal.Ruhig gelegen und doch sehr nah zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt und zum Biergarten. Besonders schön ist die kleine Personenfähre über die Regnitz am Ende der Straße. Das kleine, alte Haus ist liebevoll renoviert und wunderschön dekoriert. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Dachterrasse. Dort haben wir abends noch gerne geklönt und bei dem heißen Wetter haben wir einfach auch auf dem großen Diwan geschlafen. Außerdem gab es einen Getränkekühlschrank, der gut gefüllt war mit kalten Getränken, die man zu einem kleinen Preis erwerben konnte.
Für unseren Geschmack und unsere Bedürfnisse war alles optimal.

三楼没有厕所，夜里上厕所还要下到二楼。楼梯很窄还有些陡。
