Property was exceptionally clean and more spacious than we were expecting. Location was great for exploring the coast and nearby Chichester. Hosts Karen and Paddy were very friendly and were pleased to chat about their extensive local knowledge.

No breakfast was provided, we knew this before booking. The location was lovely, within easy reach of Chichester, the beaches at the Witterings, Pagham and Selsey.
Nothing, we were very pleased with the accommodation.
