Pool and hot tub were great, Tim kindly let us flex our daily 2 hour slot. Dog loved the big field for exercise. Great location, 5 minutes to good beaches. Good shower.

Beautiful location , very comfortable and clean .
Maybe a bigger sofa to make the lounge area a little more comfortable, the bedrooms were superb!

The location was perfect halfway between east and west wittering beaches (5 min drive to each) and the property and grounds fantastic. Tim the host was exceptional he was helpful before our stay and made us feel extremely welcome throughout our stay.
We loved everything about it the only thing we would have changed is maybe having more comfortable seating it didn’t matter too much to us as we were out most of the time.
