About this cottage rental
In the heart of the Berry region and the Brenne Regional Natural Park, La Lézarderie, an authentic 19th-century farmhouse renovated with an eco-friendly approach, welcomes you to a protected setting, recognized as a "Park Values" site. Between ponds stretching as far as the eye can see and abundant nature, enjoy the numerous birdwatching hides, nature activities, hiking trails… or simply savor the peaceful atmosphere.
Located on the edge of a very quiet hamlet of five houses, at the start of a walking trail, the house enjoys an ideal location near Rosnay (1.5 km, shops) and the Park Visitor Center. There's always something happening in the Brenne… you can explore it on foot, horseback, or by bike, with family or friends.
In June and July, the Brenne is ideal for birdwatching on the ponds. In August, nature is more tranquil, making it the perfect time to discover our other treasures. In September and October, it's the deer rutting season... and in autumn and winter, the flocks of cranes and the pond fishing season.
Discover our detached house with a 2,900 m² garden at the rear and a 25 m² terrace.
On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen - living room with wood-burning stove (WiFi internet access) opening onto the garden - shower room/WC - bathroom - WC - 3 bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and 1 cot) - children's corner (games and books).
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 queen bed or 2 single beds).
Central heating (gas and wood), bed linen, towels, and cleaning are included in the price. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed per stay. The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and rubbish), heating and electricity with reasonable and controlled consumption - if the cottage is heated by electricity you have 15 kWh per day (any excess will be payable on site to the hosts).
