In Berry, at the gates of Châteauroux, in a countryside-in-town spirit, you will be welcomed in an independent house on a private 18th century property, renovated and decorated with the aim of preserving the character of the place.
You can relax in the interior courtyard or in the park by the heated swimming pool (6 x 12 meters - shared with the owners - available from May to the end of September and from 9 [hidden] [hidden] [hidden] [hidden]
1 minute from exit 14 of the A20, 15 minutes from the Brenne Natural Park and the National Sports Shooting Center (CNTS) or 20 minutes from Argenton-sur-Creuse. Detached house with on the GROUND FLOOR: living room with an equipped kitchen and a lounge/rest area, bedroom no. 1 "Eglantine" in an annex building with a 160cm bed and a sleeping area for 2 children (2 bunk beds) and a private bathroom/wc (large walk-in shower).
UPSTAIRS: Bedroom no. 2 "Valentine" with a 160cm bed and private bathroom/wc (walk-in shower), Bedroom no. 3 "Capucine" with 2 beds (can be joined together to make 1 bed 180cm) and the possibility of 2 beds in a sofa (1 bed + trundle bed) and its private bathroom/wc.
