In Berry, near a tourist site with horse riding, tree climbing, horseback riding, horse-drawn carriage and paintball, 18th century family house with an air of yesteryear, independent, with private terrace and private garden.
Located in the architectural ensemble of the Laleuf farm, Napoleonic site, in the heart of nature in the Laleuf forest, 10 km from Châteaurourx and 3 km from the Paris-Toulouse motorway exit. On the ground floor: through entrance (table football), large living / dining room (wood stove), kitchen with open fireplace and dining area, boot room / cloakroom with open shower area and separate toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with a bed for 2 people and a child's bed and another bedroom with 2 bunk beds (one of which is 70 cm wide) and 1 sofa bed for 2 people, bathroom (bath, shower Italian and wc) and large landing (extra bed for 1 person).
Private garden of 3000 m2, barbecue, two outdoor dining tables, a reading or sunbathing area. Pesticide-free place.

Parking in front of the cottage. Bike room.
