The spacious and lovingly furnished Villa Sara is situated in the scenic countryside east of Arzachena and is only a short drive from beaches near Cala di Volpe and Capriccioli. The 100 m² villa consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine, cable/satellite television, a baby cot and a highchair (both on request). The wonderful private outdoor area boasts 2 covered terraces with seating furniture for you to have breakfast with a mountain view or to spend the evenings with tasty barbecue dinners. Furthermore, you can bask on the deck chairs and take morning swims in the pool. The lush green garden is shared with the homeowner and his three very friendly dogs. After a 5-minute drive (3 km) to Abbiadori, you can find supermarkets, cafés and restaurants, while a golf course is a 10-minute drive or 5 km from the villa. The closest beach, Spiaggia di Cala di Volpe, is a 7-minute drive (4.5 km) away and invites you to swim in the clear blue water of the beautiful bay. The centre of Olbia (25 km) and the airport (30 km) can both be reached within a 35-minute drive.



Parking spaces are available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. Please note the pool is open in the summer months until September 30th.
