The location was very good. We could walk everywhere and used the trail often. The condo was on the first floor, which provided easy access. The condo was nicely furnished. It was convenient to have laundry on site. Parking was plentiful. There were lots of towels and other essentials. The fridge was clean and the icemaker worked great. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, a toaster, microwave, coffeemaker, and dishwasher.
The shower head was broken, and someone knew because they placed it on the shower rack (it wasn't just hanging there like it fell). It made showering a little tricky. One big plus - the property manager was quick to respond and offered to have it fixed during our stay. We declined, as we didn't want to be disturbed. The condo was very warm, and we had to prop open the patio door to get cool (the thermostat was on 55 when we arrived). The 2 indoor hottubs were drained of water. Drinking glasses that had been put away were still dirty.

basics were there.
bed mattress was soggy. room was hit at night. said no Dogs but we saw and heard two. air was dusty.

The location could not be better, You walk out of the parking lot and right to the Snow Flake chair lift, then take the 4 O'clock run to ski right to the back of the complex! You are only a couple minutes from downtown Breckenridge.
The apartment is a little small but has everything you need including clothes washer and dryer. The biggest downfall is the sleeping arrangements. It is advertised to sleep 4, which it does, however this includes a hide a bed sofa with a very uncomfortable mattress/pad. We had to sleep one on the sofa (not the pull out bed) and the other on an inflatable mattress. - time to purchase a new hide a bed couch. Also, we ran out of hot water after 2 quick showers, the water heater is only a couple years old so I'm not sure what the problem is.

Location and price was good. Lots of light and easy access.
Carpet needed cleaning or replacement. Windows needed cleaning, too.
