The view and balcony
Cleanliness, cockroach (sign saying coming to fumercate in July) , having to pay €120 for cleaning although had to clean before could un pack. Dishwasher still full, used food in cupboards. Mouldy shower curtain, cobwebs everywhere. Broken bin, broken draws, dirty marks on walls, bedding smelt.

La ubicación del apartamento es buena, el aparcamiento está al lado del apartamento, y la zona está muy bien, cerca de diferentes playas y zonas interesantes
Al apartamento le faltan sobre todo utensilios de cocina, no hay casi nada de cubertería, sartenes, etc....
Faltaba limpieza y cosas simples de mantenimiento, como ejemplo, un grifo tiraba agua y solo había que apretarlo, algunas bombillas fundidas, etc.... Se nota dejadez por parte de quien esté a cargo del mantenimiento del apartamento
