This newly/fully renovated 3 bed/2 bath ranch house in the heart of Amish country is ready for you to explore the abundant activities. Located right next door to a real working farm makes it ideal for your country getaway, and not to disappoint, Amish buggies pass by often!

You are less than 5 minutes away from the famous Das Dutchman Essenhaus restaurant; 10 minutes from world-renowned Shipshewana, where there are shops, restaurants, the well-known Flea Market, and Blue Gate Theatre; 15 minutes to the Bonneyville Mill Park, where you can watch the old fashioned grinding and enjoy hiking and lovely scenery. The Pumpkinvine Trails is only about 1 mile away, where you can take a relaxing walk/bike ride through the countryside. Nappanee has additional Amish culture with shopping, theatre, and dining. All this and more as you relax and enjoy this wonderful area full of culture and hospitality.

As a quick disclaimer and note to potential guests, we are a FAMILY ORIENTED neighborhood. We are NOT a party house and have a strict 10pm - 7am noise rule. After 10pm our neighbors should not hear you. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PARTY and come and go all hours of the night, we are not a good fit for you. Rowdiness, excessive noise, loud music, etc. are all grounds for removal.
Our neighbors are all families who have children. Please be considerate of them and respectful of this rule or you will be made to leave the property immediately.

This was a girls trip for myself, my mom and my daughters. We were very happy with the cleanliness and comfort of this home. Mom has never stayed anywhere except a hotel room. She loved the comfort and at home feeling. The host was quick to respond and we would definitely stay here again.

Loved the property. Super clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Very nice private patio in the rear next to the hot tub overlooking farm fields and pasture. Located on a slightly busy road but had no issues with vehicle noise. Fun to watch the horse and buggies go by. Great location. Centrally located for all that the area offers. My wife and I have stayed in many, many vrbos and this was certainly at the top of our list. We would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay! Three nights was not long enough! The house is beautiful and we enjoyed the hot tub on two of our nights. My cousins and I couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay! We hope to be back again when we visit the area.

Fantastic place! Everything was pristine clean and orderly. Communication with owner was great. The hot tub and backyard area beautiful and the cows wandering around was icing on the cake. Owners were very thoughtful when preparing this property for others.
