房間及浴室乾淨整潔無異味，屋內有許多民宿主人收藏的漫畫玩具可使用，室內裝潢溫馨舒適，民宿附近有停車場，有康是美，有便利商店，也有早餐店。是難得住完會想再次回住的民宿。
屋齡較舊因此室內樓梯稍陡，若行動不便或是要搬大件行李上下樓較為不便，其餘部分都很好，是值得推薦的民宿。

環境非常整潔，公共空間設施和物品齊全，就算不出民宿也不無聊。四人房有兒童的玩具，小孩可以玩很久 ，浴室沒有絲毫發霉的痕跡或味道，維護得很好
因入住時天氣寒冷，沒有暖氣設備稍嫌不足，棉被也較單薄，另建議浴室淋浴區可做止水墩，讓水不會流到馬桶和洗臉台的地板上
