The name of this detached vacation home, built in 2017, immediately highlights two advantages: “Moor” refers to its quiet location on Im Moor Street, between the town center and Hofgut Darß. The “Licht” in the name comes from the spectacular centerpiece of the house: here, above the dining area—between the kitchen island and the freestanding fireplace—an open, light-filled space spans both floors, surrounded by a gallery on the upper level.

The 540-square-meter lot is located in the second row on the grounds of a former nursery and consists primarily of a lawn, offering plenty of opportunities to spend time outdoors. From the (narrow) driveway, you reach the parking spaces for two cars, one of which is covered.
Upon entering the front door, you first step into a hallway leading to a storage room and a shower room with a toilet. Straight ahead is the house’s 63-square-meter main room, featuring a freestanding kitchen island, a dining area, and a freestanding fireplace with glass panels facing two directions; behind it is a living area with a sofa, armchairs, a flat-screen TV with a sound system, and a PlayStation 3 that can also be used as a DVD player.
