Enjoy 120 sqm of comfortable and high quality furnished living space. Bright, light-flooded rooms, paired with a spacious living area with stove await you. A sunny south-facing terrace with 600 sqm garden and the sauna in the spacious bathroom with tub invite you to relax. Everything was individually designed to make the guests a relaxing holiday. The new building was specially designed to meet the guests' premium requirements. The house is cozy, lovingly furnished with all current comfort and the latest technology. A pet is allowed in the premium house Bodden. The premium house Bodden combines cosiness and well-being. It has upstairs two bedrooms with comfortable box spring double beds. In addition, each bedroom has its own smart LED TV with internet access. In the spacious loft with its own LAN access two further single beds are available, which can be used as an extra bed. The spacious living room with a woodburning stove, a high-quality stereo system and a smart LED TV with Internet access provide the necessary entertainment. A cozy leather couch with recamiere and 2 armchairs invite you to linger. Likewise, it awaits next to the open kitchen, the spacious dining area for 6 people with a unique Baumscheibentischan which it can be excellent tables. The open-plan kitchen with bar counter and bar stools invites you to prepare meals together. Since not all guests are saunas, we decided - with regard to the fair distribution of the costs - to offer the use of the sauna separately as a booking option for their stay. The entire house is supplied with fresh, unused air through a living room ventilation that ensures all-round well-being - at any time of the year. The annoying, stinging insects and annoying pollens stay outside. In addition, every room in the Haus Bodden has a window or a door with insect protection for the premium comfort of the guests.
