Location
No where to store luggage. No concierge service No help with getting any child equipment like cribs etc No real help, just a token phone number which tell you everything is to hard to organise

Location was excellent to all chairlifts and the village. Underground carparking was great. Underfloor heating wonderful. Perfect for our family stay.
The power points in the kitchen tripped if more than one appliance was going at a time.

excellent location - very close to Blackcomb mountain for ski lifts & ski school, short walk to Whistler village for shops, restaurants & ski lifts.
Staying there for 2 weeks it would have been nice to have a cleaning service.
