After a day on the mountain, the indoor fireplace casts a steady glow across the living space, inviting you to unwind while snow-dusted trees frame the windows. Evenings gather naturally here - warm drinks in hand, boots drying by the door, and the calm of Whistler just beyond the patio.



Living space

This entire townhouse offers an open-concept layout designed for relaxed winter stays. A sectional sofa anchors the living area beside the indoor fireplace, creating an easy place to reconnect after ski days. Vaulted ceilings and large windows draw in natural light, while heating and portable fans help you fine-tune the atmosphere. Wifi and a dedicated workspace make it simple to balance time on the slopes with any remote work needs.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals at home, whether it’s a quick breakfast before heading out or a slow dinner shared around the dining table for six. A full kitchen, complete with major appliances and cooking space, keeps your stay flexible and comfortable. In-unit washer and dryer add convenience, especially during longer winter visits.



Sleeping arrangements

Up to six guests can settle in across three bedrooms and two baths. The upstairs primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, closet storage, and access to a small patio. Its ensuite bathroom includes a shower, bathtub, and single vanity. On the main level, two additional bedrooms each offer a king-split bed that can be arranged to suit your group. A second bathroom on this floor includes a shower and single vanity. Bathroom essentials, bed linens, towels, and clothing storage are provided for a smooth stay.

Seasonal ski access via Merlin’s Run connects you to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair when conditions allow, offering ski-in/ski-out convenience without the need to drive. Free parking garage access and a private entrance make arrivals easy, and self check-in with a smart lock allows you to settle in on your schedule. While Whistler Village is within reach for dining and essentials, the forested setting provides a peaceful retreat at day’s end.

Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Tucked into the forested slopes of Blackcomb Mountain, Painted Cliff offers a serene ski-in/ski-out setting just minutes from the heart of Whistler. The peaceful location blends alpine seclusion with easy access to cafés, après-ski lounges, and the vibrant atmosphere of Whistler Village.

• 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

• 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive to Fresh Street grocery store

• 15-minute walk to Upper Village

• 15-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont Golf Course

• 15-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

• 2-minute walk to the Free Upper Village Shuttle #5 - exit the Painted Cliff complex, cross the road, and the shuttle stop is on your right-hand side, bringing you to both mountain bases and Whistler Village



Other Things to Note:

• Stairs. You are required to climb approximately 12 stairs to enter this home

• No air conditioning. Fans are supplied for all bedrooms

• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home

• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am

• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs

We loved our accommodations at Painted Cliff! The location is perfect! The ski in and ski out feature was amazing…you are at the Blackcomb gondola within minutes of leaving the townhouse. This unit is also just steps from the bus stop, which takes you to both villages. We loved the amenities within the condo as well. The kitchen is well-stocked, tile floor are heated throughout and the bed configuration was ideal for our family of five. Highly recommend!!
