The location of the Villa was amazing. I loved the incredible view especially the sunset. Additionally, we had a good breakfast and the staff was really nice and friendly.
It's not the villa per se but be careful if coming by car to choose routes wisely as the gps kept taking us in very narrow routes which damaged our car as it got stuck. Always pass from main roads and no side routes.

Didn’t like that we couldn’t leave our luggage on the day of checkout. Don’t know if we didn’t understand correctly but the host said to leave it outside in the garden where anyone could get them.

This 4 room villa is located in a silent area within the trees. There is a beautiful village very close to the villa (5mnts by car) where you can have good options for dinner. The view is also great from Napoli to Capei in clear days
It was not our expectation but for whom to wants to go to the beach, it's not close

Clean guesthouse with honest breakfast and friendly staff.
VERY far from the center. It's a 25-minute drive. The room's air conditioning wasn't working, and the room was small. Our room was next to the kitchen where breakfast is served, and it was very noisy in the morning. And the ocean view described in the room was barely visible.
