About this villa rental
Start holiday mornings with a cup before you set out on the grand patio enjoying meditation with a view over your private Tuscany. VILLA DANA’s double-door entrance leads from the gallery covered terrace to a pair of elegant salons and a fully equipped kitchen that show off its scale and style with its interiors likewise balance a charming, bucolic elegance with chic modernist touches
Off the dining room, by the house find a graceful covered terrace furnished with antiques and set up as a living room with private access to one of the bedrooms and its ensuite bathroom. This is the highlight of VILLA DANA along with its private SPA ideal for a sauna, a steam bath or to distress yourself in the jacuzzi enjoying silence and candle lights over-looking the olive groves all around. Unwind with the help of the Wi-Fi. By the pool find an intimate gazebo with a dining table for 8 guests: this is the ideal place to enjoy BBQ time or to savour the pizza you can bake your own in the wood fired pizza oven. The Villa is fully air conditioned to keep you comfortable on Italy’s warmest days and has laundry facilities.
The star feature of VILLA DANA is the range of options it opens up for guests: drive 3 mins to neighbourhood cafés and restaurants for morning coffee and post-sightseeing dinners, and board on train for a trip around Tuscany to enjoy past palaces, churches, museums, and more. You can also drive 35 mins to the must-see city of Florence and the town of Lucca just 10 mins away, and plan to spend an afternoon shopping in the city’s historic centre. All Tuscany has to offer is within 1 hour drive: Cinque Terre, Siena, San Gimignano, Volterra; while other destination are within a 30 mins drive such as Pistoia, Montecatini Terme, Livorno, Pisa, Valdinievole, Garfagnana and many others.
The rental of Villa Dana consists on the ground floor of the building with the exclusive use of the garden. The owner, Mrs Dana lives on the first floor of the property and has it own separate entrance and garden on the other side of the building. Garden and property are not shared with the owner so privacy is never compromised.

Very well located if you want to be in the Mountainous environnement with small mom and pop restaurant , grocery.

The villa lived up to all the images on the website, all of the adult guests agreed that it was superb. And the baby was provided with a cot and highchair too! The property is comfortable and relaxing, with everything you could need. The 4 star rating for the location is because there was a significant amount of building/heavy machinery noise at different times of the day, on a number of days,which affected us when relaxing by the lovely pool. Also the villa is quite remote, with wonderful views, but its location meant that all shopping and socialising required a car journey. It is a beautiful place to stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at your villa. Sorry that I took so long to submit a review. I just sent it. Hope it arrived OK. We thank you very much for everything. Sonia was wonderful. She waited patiently for us as we arrived late and showed us everything in the villa. We loved Cristina. She was amazing. Hope we can meet you next time because we want to re-turn!
