Budapest Presidential

The entire experience from check-in to check-out was superb! The host was exceptionally kind, super responsive and helped me plan a big surprise for my friend. The host went above and beyond my expectations and made it such a special celebration for us! The property is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing and inviting, and the amenities are simply perfect. Everything was clean, and we enjoyed our stay - it was the perfect place to celebrate my friend’s birthday. The property is under new management, and it’s quite evident through their fantastic customer service. 10/10 would recommend and we’ll definitely be booking with you again for our next special celebration! Location was everything, really close to everything. Very cool layout of the apartment really awesome. It did look like on the pictures!

Not the cleanest, and you really feel that the apartment was built to accommodate and impress tourists. Low quality in the workmanship, a bunch of dust, hairs, spider webs, greasy spots on the furniture, chewing gum on a remote control, bunch of dirt in the jacuzzi after it was turned on and broken shower mount, the host would have sent someone to fix it if I wanted but i was there for a couple of nights so I did not see the need for it. I kinda feel that it should been repaired before though. Also there was a really cold draft from the windows in the lower level. Also I had the misfortune that some neighbors where renovating and made a lot of noise.

The property is exactly as shown in the pictures, the host gives you a document of recommend place to visit/eat. All the tips you need. Instructions are very clear on how to use the sauna room and jacuzzi hot tub. The property is very centre and many places to visit within walking distance

We were warmly welcomed in the apartment and we were explained how to use jacuzzi and sauna. Wine and champagne were free to use. I was hoping to find a Moet champagne as shown in one of the pics - that was just my naive hope :)

From a personal point of view:I did not like the atmosphere of the apartment. For me it had a touch of a sex hotel but this is just my personal feeling. Though, it was not as clean as it should be. There was dust and a Q-tip underneath the bed and hair on the floor (second floor). The floor was also dusty behind the sink in the bathroom. Accidentally, we turned on the nozzles of the jacuzzi before the water covered them. As a consequent, a jet of waste water came out of the nozzles and hit us. I don’t know if it possible to clean these nozzles somehow or not. In overall, everything else was nicely arranged, we just didn’t feel it was very cozy or as cleaned as we wished it to be.
