We spent one night here. The property was perfect for our needs - close to the town and lake and very clean and comfortable. The owner / manager was wonderful - she even let us borrow two bikes in the morning to cycle around the lake! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Wow, what a nice place to stay, in the middle of the town. Everything can be reached by walking. Well equipped rooms, looking brand new. parking. free coffee and Cookies. For sure I will return.

Had a wonderful stay at Jeerat Homestay in Phayao. The location is very convenient, close to the bus terminal and only about a 15-minute walk to the Statue of Pho Khun Ngam Mueang.
A lovely place to stay overall, would definitely return on my next visit to Phayao.
