Gumpor Art Studio

It was down a quiet lane that was lovely to walk along. It is a working art studio and our little cabin was not attached to any others.

A personal thing only, the mattress was a little hard but I understand this is the norm in Asia.

Mon arrivée s"est faite sur un malentendu. Je n'avais pas réalisé sur les photos combien les chambres étaient exiguës. J'ai énormément regretté par la suite d'avoir été si en colère, car la jeune propriétaire s'est mise en quatre et même en dix pour me rendre le séjour agréable. Elle m'a attribué une plus grande chambre sans majoration de prix. Et son accueil et sa gentillesse sont si extraordinaires que j'ai eu tout de suite l'impression de loger chez des amis et même en famille. Je n'ai qu'une envie c'est d'y retourner et pour un long séjour cette fois.

Rien, une fois le malentendu de l'arrivée oublié.

Je ziet meteen aan de creativiteit van de plek dat er zorg en aandacht is besteed. Mooie tuin met huisjes. Fijn bed. Huisdieren die gezellig ronddwalen. N fijne gastvrouw. Heerlijk ontbijt. Er wordt werk gemaakt van de cappuccino's.

Authentic Thai lodging. Nice staff made us breakfast.

Odd location, bathroom in the basement. They gave our booking away to a “walk in” and separated our family into two different houses.
