The customer service, because the owner was very friendly and the room felt like I was home! :) You will have a totally different experience than a hotel in a positive way! :D
The location was further from the city than I thought, but that was my own fault. I had to look better.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood and everything inside was clean. The room had a large bed, a wardrobe, a desk and a chair – everything we needed.
We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the bathroom – it was quite spacious. Free parking was also a nice bonus.
Breakfast was available, but we didn’t use that option. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay.

We were told to change to another room when we arrived, not good. Breakfast was not worth the pay.
