This is a family run business. Very accommodating and caring owners with good communication. The property is well kept and clean with a nice view of Azogues. Incredible showers with strong water pressure and very hot water. I did not use the facilities but the pool and hot tub are a plus. Buffet breakfast was impressive and made with care.
Because this is an events location too, I would not stay here on a weekend if you plan on sleeping. Fireworks going off right outside the bedroom window after 10pm and loud music until after 2am. Not nearby anything you can walk to and taxis and Ubers are very hard to come by so it’s better if you have your own car. It was nice and quiet Sunday-Tuesday though.

We liked the rooms. The kings room was excellent for people with disabilities. We liked the hotel cleanliness and the big party room. We attended a 15th birthday 🎂 party and had a great time.
I didn't like the fact that it was far and almost in a secluded area away from restaurants and stores.
