Close to location of venue attending for price.

Great location, spacious room, very comfy beds, great shower! Breakfast was okay.
Elevator was not working when we arrived, so check in on the 3rd floor was tricky. Ice machine was broken. We had requested a crib, manager said that they didn’t receive the request, but I was able to pull it up on Booking.com. Also stated that someone extended their stay, so no cribs were available. This would have been nice to know before we arrived.
