It was very clean, and beautiful

The beds are not the most comfortable the pillows are soo hard, the room is as plain as it gets, it had at coffee maker and 1 mug in the room but no coffee. The water took forever to get warm i was the last to shower from my family and I was the only one to get warm water, there was no food or drinks available at this place

Big clean rooms. Great hot water shower. Comfortable bed. Great pool.Coffee maker in room. Pleasant staff.

Noise from the water pump in the bathroom would groan/ grind noise every 10 minutes and every time anyone flushes, all night long.Room #22.

-Rooms was fresh and clean -Netflix on the tv

- the hotel had check in until 00.00, but when we arrived at 23.15 the reception was empty and the entrance was locked. We had to call the hotel to get in touch with someone who could check us in (luckily we had Mexican sim-cards). The receptionist checking us in asked for payment straight away acting quite oddly. Further when my boyfriends and mine cards weren’t accepted due to lack of their signal on the cardreader, the receptionist made it somehow made it seem like it was our foult. We were able to pay the morning after and were asked to pay less than the price than listed on booking. 2 hours later they asked us to pay another amount to ad up to the price on booking, but they charged us more than the price listed. The personal were never rude but seemed under qualified for their jobs. In addition the breakfast wasn’t good at all and the showers were cold.
