Andrea è stato un host eccezionale, fin dalla ricezione della prenotazione. Ha subito inviato le indicazioni principali sulla proprietà (indirizzo, posizione, password Wi-Fi) e si è dimostrato attento e puntuale in fase di check-in, dando tutte le informazioni utili e necessarie per il soggiorno. Graditissima la premura di lasciare le bottigliette d’acqua e bustine del te per una colazione rapida, anche se non prevista.

The owner was very chatty and welcoming. The room and bathroom was clean and a good size, the beds I found comfortable and slept well. I understand some of the reviews about it feeling an uncomfortable area but we managed ok and caught the 1/4 bus into Ancona, the bus station is a short walk from the property it goes 2 ways although you still reach the city whichever one you take. We bought a ticket in the office but you can buy a ticket on the bus €1.35. The bathroom was separate to the room but was private with a key, clean and tidy. It's like going into a private flat with separate rooms/bathrooms it was unusual but ok.

It was tricky to locate the property as there is no sign, the owner does send you information which is helpful. Im not sure how I would feel walking around late at night in that area.

Camera pulita fornita di tutto , persino del ferro da stiro, il proprietario è una persona carinissima mi è venuto anche a prendere in stazione poiché avevo 3 borse pesanti .

Rispettava gli standard presentati all’interno della stanza, lungo il corridoio e nel bagno

Il palazzo fatiscente e maleodorante in un pessimo quartiere
