Lots of positives and negatives. I’m going to start with the positives. This condo went all out on the “extras”! Paper towels, TP, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, make-up remover wipes, plastic/solo cups, tons of dishes, spices and appliances!
View and location was great. Decor, furnishings and beds were excellent.
Initially walking in, the general appearance was good. Toilets, sinks were clean. Of course I wanted to go on the deck to check out the view right away. Immediately I noticed a water bottle, popsicle stick and lots of cigarette ashes. The ashes were on the table and all over the very nice cloth patio rocking chair. The other chairs were not even pushed into the table so I know that no cleaner went outside. I contacted Evolve and received an email stating they were experiencing high volume of messages but would contact me as soon as they could. In the mean time, I find other things that were disappointing. Used Band-aid in the queen room, outlets that either didn’t work or were too loose to hold my phone charger. No attention to detail-used shampoo just sitting in the shower (upper king), paper on the fridge stating someone had to come into the condo that was three months old.
I would hate for the owners to suffer and not get their place rented because of Evolve. The condo is beautiful. The communication with Evolve is not. I checked out five days ago and STILL no one has contacted me. Cleaning fee was the most I have ever personally paid, so I did not expect to see what I did. I did reach out to the company AGAIN and they said someone will still be contacting me but that has not happened.
So if the owner is reading this… I would consider using another company to manage your condo.
