About this apartment rental
Our condo is located in the heart of Seagrove Beach, right in the middle of 30A with easy access to HWY 98 to Panama City Beach or Destin about a 20 minute drive away. We are located just across from the street from the boardwalk to the beautiful beaches of 30A, about 100 yards from the sand. We are just one mile from Seaside, an easy bike ride or walk on the trails along 30A.
Our first floor unit sits right across from the pool. Parking is right outside your door. Our newly remodeled unit is updated and has everything you need. We have a full kitchen, with a queen size bed, sleeper sofa, new tile throughout, granite counter tops and a totally remodeled bath with walk in shower. This is all waiting for you to come and enjoy, relax, and get away.

Pros-Great location to beach and food, clean and well stocked. Liked being on the bottom floor until you read the cons. Pool is well maintained and had nice lounge chairs. Friendly condo owners are a nice touch. Parking was easy and the grounds were well maintained. Cons-Unit is on the bottom floor-there is not much sound barrier. The people above us had a young child jumping off the furniture. We asked for grace but were awoken each morning at 6 am to running/stomping and jumping. The outdoor chair picture is not accurate. The chairs are rusty and the cushions torn and worn.

Our studio was great for our family with easy walking distance to the beach! The only complaint was the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress was so thin you could feel the springs. Other than that we had a great time!

The location was perfect for the two of us. We were located closely to a bike rental company as well as the gas station. It was only a few minutes by bike… few more by foot to seaside. The room we rented was more than accommodating for my wife and I. Which, is also something that I really have to brag on! They have thought of everything a person could need and MORE to make your stay as cozy and relaxed as possible. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy spot that located extremely close to public access. 10 out of 10 all day l!
