Great location, clean, very comfortable beds, excellent that there is a dedicated parking space would absolutely stay again.

Quite a few stairs to get luggage up

Le quartier est très sympa. 35 /40 minutes à pieds du vieux centre. L’appartement est spacieux et la place de parking très pratique. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Nous avons eu un problème de WC qui a été résolu par la conciergerie très rapidement.

La climatisation uniquement dans la pièce principale et pas dans les chambres donc il peut faire assez chaud pour dormir une fois les portes fermées.

Good location and nice neighborhood.

The apartment wasn’t cleaned when we arrived. They sent a cleaning team but we had to be away from the apartment for several hours so they could clean properly. Even after that we weren’t satisfied with the cleanliness; the dishwasher was dirty and didn’t wash the dishes properly, so was the washing machine and we had to clean it by ourselves. The floors were also dirty. One locked closet in one of the bedrooms, probably a cleaning closet, smelled really bad. There were two microwaves and neither one of them worked properly. These issues could be fixed easily and after that the apartment would be very nice.

very good apt in nice place

Terrible service. I have spent half day to get key to the apt. The owner gave us wrong phone number for an emergency reasons. They almost ruined our experience about the Quebec City.
