3 C, Three Bedroom Townhome

The location was perfect and the home was very clean.

The blankets are super thin.

I like how at home I felt. It had all the amenities I needed the A/C was blasting cold and the beach is right across the street. You enter your code and boom beautiful view!

In one of the bed rooms the restroom fan turns on with the light and its really loud. I was going to call maintenance but after running for a while it would stop. Not super bad just annoying but loved the place none the less!

No disappointments

We enjoyed our stay and the villa was in a great location! The pool was very conveniently located right behind the unit and the beach was right across the street.

There were some things we noticed during our stay that we wanted to let you know about and some suggestions that would make this rental even better. The front left leg of the couch is not attached and there were several stains on it. The front of the steps going upstairs and the stove were also dirty. There weren’t any oven mitts or baking sheets and there also was a lack of extra bedding/blankets for the beds. We noticed the closet door in the master is broken and there is a soft spot in the flooring in front of the kitchen trash drawer. The back patio light is blown as well as two bulbs in the second upstairs bathroom. We replaced the upstairs light bulbs during our stay. We also noticed there is a sour food smell coming from the kitchen cabinets.
