The 'smart' water heater was kind of a pain. Almost daily someone in our group would have to take a cold shower because we could not get the water heater to turn on. We never could get hot water at the kitchen sink during our stay. Maintenance man came and tried to show us how to get it to kick on. The steps he showed worked sometimes but not always. This does not make or break our satisfaction of the property because overall it was a great place to stay!
