La struttura è posizionata bene rispetto alle spiagge. A piedi si arriva a due ristoranti (il terzo cessa l’attività a ottobre 2025) e al supermarket.
I locali sono spaziosi e ben disposti.
L’asciugacapelli molto comodo.
Avere la lavatrice a disposizione è sicuramente un gran punto a favore.
Abbiamo apprezzato la bottiglia di Prosecco e l’acqua in frigorifero al nostro arrivo.
C’era solo un sapone per le mani (già iniziato). Sulla prenotazione c’era scritto “set di cortesia”. Inoltre, un solo rotolo di carta igienica. Mi aspettavo di trovare prodotti almeno per i primi due giorni.
Carenti le stoviglie in cucina e nemmeno una capsula di caffè per la prima colazione. In caso, portatevi cialde compatibili con Lavazza.
Ok la raccolta differenziata, ma un piccolo cestino in bagno per le cose igieniche e uno sotto il lavello in cucina, sarebbero stati apprezzati.

Schöne Unterkunft mit sehr herzlichem Empfang. Der Kontakt zu Franco war via WhatsApp sehr unkompliziert, schnell und immer freundlich.
Die Unterkunft ist gepflegt und sauber. Wenn etwas nicht funktioniert (bei uns fehlte zB der Grillrost und die Gasflasche ging leer), kümmert sich Franco sehr schnell darum.
Die Betten waren gemütlich, die Schlafcouch war für die Kinder okay, (Für Erwachsene wäre die Schlafcouch mit der Zeit vermutlich ungemütlich. )
Die warme Aussendusche ist toll.
Der Pool war gepflegt und sauber.
Mit dem Auto 5 Minuten zum Strand. Dieser ist sehr schön, familienfreundlich und auch nicht völlig überfüllt.
Der Abfluss im Bad riecht unangenehm. Wenn man das Bad nicht durchgehend lüftet, riecht es unangenehm.
Die Geschirr Ausstattung könnte etwas umfangreicher sein bzgl. Kaffeetassen und Müslischüsseln.
Der Supermarkt im Ort ist recht klein, gut sortiert aber recht teuer. Zum nächst größeren Supermarkt: 20 Minuten Fahrt.

Casa ben attrezzata con tutti i confort (doccia aggiuntiva esterna, barbecue, lettini, terrazzo) ed ottima esposizione (il terrazzo è sempre all'ombra). Host super gentile e disponibile (fornito prontamente info su ristoranti...addirittura ci avrebbe accompagnati ad una caletta). Bibite di cortesia offerte già in fresco nel frigo.
Piscina condominiale un po' piccolina ma non grave, se si fa vita di mare è più che sufficiente x rinfrescarsi quando necessario.

It was possible to sit in either sun or shade pretty much all day, with loungers on the patio and the balcony. Indoor and outdoor dining. Very polite neighbourhood cats.
The pool is communal, not strictly private, and has slightly odd opening hours.
If you prepare food, you must clean well afterward as otherwise the ants will do it for you.
Be prepared to buy basics for cooking, as very little is supplied. Also no tea-towels.
