Villa was great, very clean (pool, garden and house is clean by pool maintenance, gardener and maid 3 to 5 times a week). The pool is great, the BBQ area is great, they even have somebody to clean it after use if you need. Very quiet, about 15mn from city center HuaHin so your better option is to have a car. All in all, highly recommended, my family after 14 days didnt want to leave ... I want the same house for my retirement ... The communication with host was excellent, thank you Khun Pan.
Power plugs around the house need to be probably changed as a lot of electrical devices needed some play with the plug to have it work properly (loose connection often). Excess electricity bill a bit on the high side (I live 20 years in Thailand so I know the price per kilowatt), but no big deal as I understand it is a business also.

Uima-allas oli ihana!Tykkäsin oikeastaan melkein kaikesta!Eritysmaininta gegoista jotka tulivat iltaisin ilahduttamaan seinille ja oli myös sisällä.Niitä on kiva seurata😀Kaikki tarvittava löytyi willalta..palvelu koskien siivousta,puutarhaa,allasta jne. oli kyllä todella hyvää.
Suihkun viemäri veti tosi huonosti.Sijainti oli kyllä hieman syrjässä.Mutta bolt ja grappi toimi loistavasti.

Very cozy, nice pool, well decorated house.
Location is a bit far from the center of Hua Hin. However, there’s a nearby 7-11 convenient store about 10 min away by car.
